Not too much to say for Thursday except it was a leftover situation and my body got the better of me in the afternoon.
Small Success and Minor Fails
I ventured into another Mission bodega to see what other generosities could be found.
Last night I went to Duc Loi at 18th & Mission and was opened to the world of inexpensive produce–the world of commercial and non-organic.
My decision to do this is timely. Other people around the country are also thinking about this issue, especially with low un-employment and the cost of food getting higher and higher.
Overall doing okay so far, although in the afternoon I did start to notice that I am eating less than normal.
Breakfast English breakfast tea-one tea bag this time. More punch then green tea, I must admit.
Day One. One of the biggest adjustments to this project, at least in the first week will be not drinking coffee.
And so I begin. My attempt to live on about $4.00 per day of food. Not just any food but eating as well and as nutritional as I possibly can.
